One on one IT consulting. We meet with our clients frequently to discuss the status of their IT systems. We believe that effective communication is key to achieving excellence.
Site Evaluation. We run our utilities on your system in order to learn as much about your system as we can in order to correct existing or future problem areas. This part is essential for achieving our goal of excellence.
Scope of Work. “SOW” AKA, plan of action. Once we have learned as much as we can about your system and have identified your problem and potential problem area, we develop a plan of attack to remediate those issues. The plan is discussed with our client and once approval has been granted, we schedule the execution of the plan.
Provision of Hardware and Software. We provide quotations for most of our clients. We have very competitive pricing with our vendors in order to save our customers the pain and expense of purchasing these items on their own. We have partnered with most mainstream vendors in order to get you the best deal on what you need.
Design, Implement, and Migrate, Installation. Whatever your need is, we have the skills to do the job right. Sometimes this involves calling in the dawgs. If we are not proficient in a certain area of your system, we have partners that are proficient and call them in to get the job done right. So, we will replace old servers, workstations and software. Design a brand new system for you and migrate your old one. We will replace old phone systems or maintain your existing one. We will replace, install, or just maintain your firewalls, switches and routers. If you are moving, we will take care of installing all of your Data/Phone wires and setup patch panels for you. We will also install a wireless solution that fits your need.
Managed services. Once we have your system in top shape, we will offer to manage your system for you. This is our month to month ongoing maintenance product. We will manage your desktops, servers, switches, firewalls. This service covers a bunch of things that will keep your system running well and keep it safe. What we do is load an agent on the devices that you allow us to manage and the take care of the patch/driver updates, Antivirus, and monitoring. We can also provide web filtering for your whole system or just parts of your system.
Email System. We can install an email system at your office or put one together for you in a hosted or “Cloud” environment. We also provide SPAM filtering with daily logs email to you.
Cloud Service. Okay, there, I said it. Lol… Cloud computing is a very confusing issue. It doesn’t have to be confusing. Schedule a meeting with us and we will be happy to get you caught up on cloud computing. By the way, our founder and president loves cloud computing, but realizes that it’s not always the best solution for every business.
On Site service. We realize that not all businesses are growing and only have limited budgets or no budgets at all when it comes to IT support. We have customers that only call us out when they have problems. You are welcome to use our service this way as well.
